You may order directly from any product page on our website simply by selecting the quantity of the products you wish to purchase and clicking on the Add to Cart button. Both Netscape Navigator® and Microsoft Internet Explorer® use a security protocol (SSL) to ensure your credit card information is secure.

GENERAL PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Full payment of the order is required before an order can be processed and confirmed.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery of most products is 8 to 10 weeks from the order placement date. Your order may arrive sooner.
Freight charges will be quoted on a case by case basis and under normal circumstances usually do not exceed 15% of the total order. Additional services such as inside delivery, assembly and packaging removal are not included and cannot be offered at this time. All of our product shipments are fully insured. In case of damage your order will remain valid and the product will be replaced in the shortest possible time at no additional cost for you.
Unless otherwise noted or requested, items are shipped fully assembled by UPS or Common Carrier. When your order is shipped you will be notified by e-mail.
Upon delivery by Common Carrier:
1) Open and inspect all shipments promptly. The driver is required to wait while you inspect the goods.
2) In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipment, write "damaged" on the delivery receipt before signing. The driver will give you a copy of the delivery receipt.
3) Keep the damaged goods and packing until the claim is resolved. do not refuse them!
4) Notify Domiziani Usa customer service immediately and promptly fax the copy of the delivery receipt to Domiziani Usa at 810-398-6821 so a claim can be filed. Domiziani Usa reserves the right to require pictures to document the damage and substantiate the claim.
Any damage noted after the delivery receipt has been signed cannot be claimed and is subject to Domiziani Usa’s product warranty policy.
RETURNS POLICY
All returns to Domiziani Usa require must be accompanied by a numbered Return Authorization Form. Call Domiziani Usa customer service at 720-283-3327 to obtain this form, before returning the items or credit will not be honored. Warranty returns may require pictures of damage to substantiate the warranty claim. Domiziani Usa reserves the right to require the return of goods at the customer's expense. All Warranty returns will be fully exchanged as soon as possible with the same item. All returns including Warranty returns where the customer refuses an exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee with no exceptions. Shipping costs are refunded only in the event of a Warranty return.

Italian Volcanic Stone Tables Warranty
The tabletops have a lifetime guarantee against frost damage and fading. The tabletops and ironwork are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. However, due to the natural composition of the volcanic stone and the handcrafted nature of the product the tabletops may present natural discolorations and blemishes in their surface as well as slight imperfections in the artwork, these contribute to the uniqueness of each table and are not considered defects. Any claims arising from day to day wear and tear, extended use or improper handling and/or care will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We will carefully review all documented claims and do our best to provide a prompt and satisfactory response.
Wrought-Iron Chair Collection Warranty
The chairs and cushions guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Any claims arising from day to day wear and tear, extended use or improper handling and/or care will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Garden Pavilions Warranty

Domiziani Ceramics Warranty
